Krystle (Bear Office)

Krystle is originally from Bayonne, New Jersey.  She spent most of her childhood traveling the U.S. and South America because of her father's job. Among her travels in South America, she has become fluent in Spanish.  In 2003, Krystle graduated from Middletown High School.  She attended Delaware Tech, then transferred to Broward College in Florida where she graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish Communications in 2007. 

Krystle married her high-school sweetheart, Mark, in September 2005 and they have a son, Mark III.  Currently, they reside in Middletown with their family dogs, Bentley and Chevy..  Krystle's favorite hobbies include shopping, spending time with the family, dancing, playing with Bentley, and watching hockey and football (Go Flyers & Eagles!)  Krystle began working at Pure Wellness in April 2004, then left in August 2005 following the birth of her son, but returned to the practice in February 2009.  She enjoys working at Pure Wellness to help improve the lives of everyone who walks through the doors!

Amy (Bear Office)

Amy joined us in July 2008. She was born in Detroit, Michigan, but has lived in Delaware most of her life. In 1993, Amy graduated from Christiana High School and then continued her education at Goldey-Beacom College where she graduated in 1996 with a degree in Office Administration. In 1995, Amy began working in the chiropractic field and absolutely loves it! Amy enjoys being part of the team, helping others and the friendly atmosphere of Pure Wellness.

She lives in Middletown with her husband, Scott, and their son, Brenden. They also have two fun-loving Yorkshire terriers, Benny and Elsie. Amy and her family enjoy going to the Blue Rocks games and other family outings. She also loves to shop in her free time.

Shelby (Bear Office)

Pam (Bear Office)

Born and raised in the Wilmington area, Pam attended Thomas McKean High School and graduated in 1973.  Pam began working in the chiropractic field in 2002 in the Pike Creek area where she learned how important it is to maintain good spinal health. After being a patient for about 5 years at Pure Wellness, Pam started working at the front desk in October of 2011. She enjoys working at Pure Wellness because of the value that all of the employees put on giving patients excellent care! She states "We all strive for the same goal!"  When she's not with her Pure Wellness family, Pam loves to spend her time antiquing, gardening, dancing, fishing, crabbing, shopping, going to the beach or to the countryside mountains. She especially enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her two grandchildren.

Jackie (Smyrna Office)

Jackie was born in Gastonia, North Carolina, but has been raised in New York most of her life. Jackie graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Bronx, New York.  She attended Bernard Baruch College in New York. Jackie graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing in 1998. She has had numerous jobs in New York. She worked at Verizon Corporation in New York for 13 hard-working years. She relocated from New York to Delaware in June 2008. She currently resides in Clayton, Delaware.  She is happily married to her husband George, and has two beautiful children, Marcus and Jasmine.

Jackie was very pleased to have joined the Pure Wellness of Smyrna team in April 2010. In Jackie’s free time, she likes to spend time with her family, reading and shopping. Her favorite aspect of working at Pure Wellness is meeting new people.  Jackie feels the doctors and staff of Pure Wellness are dedicated to providing superior healthcare and wellness.

Cheryl (Smyrna Office)

Cheryl is originally from Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and moved to Delaware in 1996.  Cheryl and her husband Frank have been married for 27 years.  They have two daughters, Ashley and Alexa, and a 7-year old black cocker spaniel named Shadow.

Cheryl has been working in the chiropractic field for the past 12 years.  She worked previously with Dr. Decker for 10 years in Middletown.  In June 2010, Cheryl joined Dr. Decker at Pure Wellness.  She really loves the family atmosphere in the Smyrna office.  Our friendly staff project that to our patients to make them feel very welcomed and comfortable here.

Cheryl loves to travel - cruising is her favorite way to vacation!  She also loves the beach and summertime! Her favorite hobbies include shopping, wine-tasting,  and spending time with my family and friends.

Consuela (Wilmington Office)

Born and raised in Delaware,  Consuela currently lives in Bear with her son Jordan. She enjoys riding motorcycles and singing. She is a Christian and attends church in Newark.  Consuela joined Pure Wellness in October 2009. Consuela was a patient before becoming part of the Pure Wellness team.  She had the best care and everyone was understanding of her needs; the doctors made sure to educate her regarding her treatment plan.  When the employment opportunity presented itself , she could not give up the chance to work with excellent people who give quality care.

Billing

Holly

Born and raised in Newark, Delaware.  She currently resides in Newark with her boyfriend, Mert, and her two dogs, Belle and Kaia.  Holly graduated from Glasgow High School in 1989 and immediately began working in the chiropractic field.   She has over 20 years of chiropractic billing experience.  Holly became a member of the team in May 2007.  Her favorite hobbies include photography, scrap-booking, crafts, shooting pool, and going to the beach, and watching hockey (Go Flyers!). Holly feels that the doctors and staff of Pure Wellness are energetic and motivated about health care and wellness.  She states "it is refreshing to be part of a such an organized, caring, and positive team."

Marketing/Rehabilitation

Kristina (Bear Office)

Born & raised in Delaware, Kristina graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware in May 2004. She began working at Pure Wellness in June 2004.  Kristina married her high-school sweetheart, Alex, in October 2004, and they have a two sons, Alexander and Zackary.  They currently reside in Newark with their family dog, Snickers.

Kristina assists patients through their rehabilitation programs as well as heads up the marketing department at Pure Wellness.  Her interests include shopping, listening to music, dancing, watching fo­otball games (Go Eagles!) & NASCAR races, and summers at the beach. She especially enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Kristina is proud to be a member of the Pure Wellness team using her knowledge and creativity to enlighten patients every day about the importance of wellness care. 

Kelsey (Smyrna Office)

Kelsey was born in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Delaware when she was 10 years old.  Kelsey graduated from Smyrna High School in 2011. She is currently attending Delaware State University majoring in General Agriculture and will then further her degree by studying Animal Nutrition and Animal Behavior.

Kelsey began working at Pure Wellness of Smyrna in March 2012, assisting patients in the therapy department. She is glad to be a part of the Pure Wellness team, which is full of positive attitudes and a staff who are dedicated to their jobs.

In December 2011, Kelsey married a United States Marine, Joshua.  During her free time, Kelsey enjoys hanging out with friends and family, watching her Philadelphia sports teams, playing and coaching softball, and also showing animals at the local livestock shows.

Massage Therapy

Theresa (Bear Office)

Theresa graduated from the Deep Muscle Therapy School in 2007.  As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Theresa joined Pure Wellness in January 2008.  Originally from New Castle County, Delaware, Theresa now resides in Maryland. Her interests include spending time with her grandson, Tyler, teaching him about nature.  She loves to travel, boating with her husband, and spending time with her family at Bethany Beach.  Theresa has a strong interest in helping people recover and enjoys being a part of the team building approach to wellness at Pure Wellness.

Kim (Bear Office)

Kim is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from The Harris School in 2008.   She is very pleased to have joined the Pure Wellness Family in March of 2010. Kim is a Delaware native and currently lives in Bear with her husband Corey, son Elliot, and two lovable cats! Some of her interests include running, travel, and participating in Musical Theatre productions. She is also very interested in helping others, which lead her to a career on Massage Therapy.   Being a part of the Pure Wellness team has given her the wonderful opportunity to use her skills and knowledge to assist her clients in their wellness goals.

Patient Transportation

Dave

Born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, Dave went to Alma White Prep School.  He enlisted in the Air Force and trained for six months at Medium Jet Bomber Tech School, then was posted to Spangdahlem Airbase in Germany as Crew Chief on RF-80 T-Bird. Dave married his wife in Trier, Germany by the Burgermeister in August 1956. They had a son in 1957.

They returned to the States, and Dave worked for Eastern Air Lines for five years. He then bought a truck and did what he really wanted to do, drive! His trucking experience lasted for 43 years.  His other favorite hobbies include working around the house and garden.  Dave resides in Townsend with his wife and two cats, Mr. Purr-o and Zoe, both are recovering strays.

Dave became a member of Pure Wellness in November 2007.  He loves his job of meeting new people and transporting them.  He also enjoys working with the most dedicated and caring staff.
