Hear from Our Founder

Here’s what some of our doctors have to say about working for Pure Wellness:

“Pure Wellness stood out to me as having a huge impact on the community, and as a Smyrna grad I was always hearing about our Pure Wellness office in Smyrna. I really loved seeing the patient’s loyalty and love of the practice which to me translated to an office that was providing the kind of care that I wanted to provide. After getting to go to the office and meet the doctors and staff I just felt so at home, which for me was big because no other offices I had been to in the state gave me that confidence and comfort.”

-Dr. Brooke Mazujian, D.C.

“At Pure Wellness you have the ability to practice in a diverse way and not pigeonholed to one type of patient or technique.  PW gives you the framework to practice on whoever you want and with whatever means you want and will be there to support you as you continue to evolve as a practitioner.”

-Dr. Becky Leary, D.C.

“What attracted me to join Pure Wellness is the large group, the business is clearly well-organized/run.  There is a lot of opportunity to grow and earn a good living. Compensation was competitive to what I was making but the potential was clearly more. I met Dr. Marks and we had very similar personality types and I could tell I would like working with him.  I felt as though I was going to be given the opportunity to thrive and grow a practice without being micromanaged.”

-Dr. Justin Johnson, D.C.

“I love how each doctor has their individuality. We are all encouraged to be ourselves instead of cookie cutter, which some other offices just have set protocols and you just become a machine. I think for the patient we give them so much because we are so diverse that there is someone for everyone to fully take care of everyone we interact with.“

-Dr. Brooke Mazujian, D.C.

“I love working for PW because I am able to have the type of practice that I want (Family Wellness) within a collaborative environment with other docs who may practice differently than me but we all work together. There is always someone to talk to about clinical tips or help with different cases. I have been able to make more money with PW than where I previously practiced and ultimately achieved my goal of ownership.“

-Dr. Becky Leary, D.C.

“I appreciate that the culture here nurtures an environment for growth. I have been given every chance to not only flourish, but to also independently build and manage a practice without any undue micromanagement. This freedom largely helped foster my growth within this organization. All this while getting compensated well for my time and effort.”

-Dr. Justin Johnson, D.C.

Another benefit is the state’s centralized location on the eastern seaboard, providing easy access to major metro areas. Delaware’s proximity to cities such as Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. allows for convenient travel and access to employment, cultural events, and entertainment.

Delaware is also known for it’s thriving communities, offering a variety of styles to suit different preferences.
