Frozen Shoulder in Wilmington: What Silverside Road Actually Treats

Frozen shoulder is the phrase Wilmington patients bring in after they can no longer reach a cabinet in Greenville or a seatbelt on Concord Pike. Sometimes the capsule is truly the problem. Often the neck or a tendon has been blamed on a diagnosis they read at a red light.
Suite 102 on Silverside Road is where Brandywine Hundred shoulders should start. Drs. Cirone, Giannakakis, and Johnson examine lift, rotation, and whether the neck reproduces the same pain. This clinic’s published shoulder outcomes are on the Wilmington ChiropracticResults profile. They describe other patients. They are not your result in advance.
Shockwave is not in this building. If a tendon has earned it, that visit is in Smyrna. A true frozen shoulder is a slower plan: motion, hands-on work, and a home range you will actually do. Doorway stretches that yank an irritable capsule are how people stay stuck.
Weekends are closed. Call (302) 543-5679 during the week. If you cannot lift the arm after a fall or you have true weakness, say so. That is a different exam than a shoulder that stiffened over a month of desk work.

FAQ
Is a stiff shoulder always frozen shoulder?
No. A cervical joint can refer into the shoulder. A rotator cuff tendon can limit lifting without the capsule being frozen. The exam separates them. The label from a search does not.
Do you have shockwave?
Not at Suite 102. Shockwave is only at Smyrna. Wilmington examines the shoulder. The machine is a separate trip if a tendon is the finding.
Are you open Saturday?
No. Wilmington is closed Saturday and Sunday. Smyrna is the Pure Wellness office with published Saturday hours if that is the only window you have.
I live in Hockessin. Should I go to Newark?
If Silverside is the lot you can reach, stay here. Hockessin and Greenville usually are. Newark is the Christiana-corridor office, not a better shoulder.
